Here is an extremely cool old Fender Stratocaster from the transitional years of '64 and '65...mostly '64 really, w/paint stick nail holes and all. (only the neck plate is from 65) It is in excellent condition, feels great and most of all it sounds just like it should, great!

It has a very recent great fret job with no wear, a new bone nut and currently setup for 9's. The body has minimal normal wear. The neck has some finish worn off very evenly and is super smooth with no nicks etc with a perfect C profile. We put a fresh set of Stringjoy Signatures 9-46 on it and it's red2go!

This is an amazing strat. It's crazy! Ok, devil's advocate time. If I had to "find" something...  the mint green celluloid guard is in really good shape but there is some shrinkage as they do, but not George Costanza pool level.  However, it is enough to cause the switch to be a little stiff and the neck pickup to tilt back ever slightly...I've seen way worse and it sounds fantastic. So who cares right? Those will both be easy to address.  The original no logo case is in good condition with only a couple of places that could be addressed but functions perfectly.  One section of lining could be re-glued and one side of an end could be restitched. (see pics)

Replaced Parts: Jescar 57110 Frets (like 6100's), unbleached bone nut, newer CRL 3 way switch (includes damaged original switch but could repaired, broken inner plastic wheel)
