These Memphis made Historic 335's are some of the best Gibson has made in recent years. The last couple years before unfortunately closing, Memphis really had the ES thing dialed in. Every one of these I've played has been really great. I have one myself and it's a lifer. Many players really love the MHS PAF style pickups.
This one is in really great shape with normal player wear. It has had a bone nut added, and saddles replaced to the common nickel/brass (originals in the case with extra intonation screws). There's a Hare Krishna sticker on the headstock. A clear knod to Eric Clapton and his famous Cream era 335. Love that tone! At seven and a half pounds with a slim taper neck up to chunky this one feels great!
It's had a fairly recent fret level and dressing and plays great with many miles left on them. There's a black spot inside the case from a previous strap lock, originals are back on it. On the back bottom of the body there is sort of smudge on the finish. Perhaps from a leather strap. (see pic 2)
