Here we have an incredible handmade Candy ST 57 instrument built by master luthier Javier Alemany. This is an amazing recreation of an example of the late 50's golden era.
Between 2015 and the end of 2021, Javier Alemany was the craftsman responsible for much of the manufacturing process, including painting and aging, of the world-renowned “Nacho Guitars.” During that time, Javier developed his own signature method of painting, aging, and treating the instruments throughout the build to give them the look and feel of classic 50s & 60s guitars. Throughout this period, Javier also worked with and extensively studied a large number of original instruments from that era.
